Police arrest three Hindu men with two quintals of beef in UP’s Bijnor

Police in Bijnor have arrested three individuals—Rahul, Sachin, and Brijpal—for possessing two quintals of beef. According to Bijnor police statements, these men were arrested in a car carrying the meat. Police said that they had taken two bulls to a forest, where a butcher named Mustafa slaughtered them. Subsequently, the men attempted to sell the meat.

While the three accused have been arrested, the butcher remains absconding. This incident is not isolated, as earlier cases involving Hindu activists in cow slaughter have occurred in Agra and Muradabad. Police acted on secret information regarding the slaughter of bulls, leading to the interception of an Innova car in the forest where beef and cutting tools were recovered. The suspects initially fled but were later apprehended.
